Ada walking on feet and knees

We took another video of her walking on her feet and then her knees. I am not sure why she wanted to walk on her knees, but she did!

We finally got her on film walking, it's not the best she has done. She has walked across the room, but it seems that every time she does that the camera has magically disappeared. We were able to get a few steps on film, before she knew we had it. Enjoy!

Ok, so Ada has been pushing her highchair all over the place this evening, so when I heard it stop moving, I looked up to see what she had gotten herself into. As you can see, the picture says it all: this is Adam's daughter.

1st attempt with crayons

Adam got Ada crayons the other day and she had her first drawing experience, well, it was more of a tasting event.

Ada Walks!

Last night at 6:32pm Ada took her first steps. I was sitting on the floor next to her and she took the 2 or 3 steps from me to the coffee table. I asked Adam, who was sitting on the couch behind me if he saw it, and of course he didn't. We moved her back out into the middle of the floor and she walked back to the coffee table. We counted, and it was 4 steps all on her own. It was the stiff leg wobble but she did it. Knowing her, she either won't do it again for 2 weeks, or she will be running by this weekend. I'll keep you posted.
